According to the Argentine News Agency, the 'Tatengue' reported on the measure taken by the Public Ministry of the Accusation and added that 'from the beginning of the process, both the footballer and his family put themselves at the total disposal of the Public Ministry of the Accusation, actively collaborating with the investigation and facilitating access to the required electronic devices.' 'As a result of this collaboration, the Prosecutor's Office was able to quickly verify their contents, finding no elements linking them to the investigated facts, for which reason the player was excluded from the case, safeguarding his good name and honor,' the Santa Fe club added. Finally, Unión confirmed 'the clarity, responsibility, and transparency with which it acted from the first moment, and highlights the player's attitude, who always collaborated with the authorities and continued to fulfill his professional obligations normally.'

The investigations were conducted in Chaco, Chubut, Corrientes, Jujuy, Misiones, San Juan, Córdoba, Salta, and Santa Fe. Tarragona's house was one of those raided, as the footballer lives in a complex where other relatives also reside.
